We had a bit of a shake from an earthquake but though the cattle were rattled they calmed quickly. One thing that we always remind others about is land moves. It does not matter where you are living your earth beneath your feet is in motion. It floats on top of magma below the earth's crust. It never stops moving and every now and again it hits a road bump.
We have a good garden this year. The spuds are plentiful and the peppers, onions and tomatoes are crowding the plot. The squashes have very nearly crushed the vine trellis they are so heavy. Highland manure is nutritious for our plants. Come April we will be planting our winter veg and green manures.
Let us keep our church in prayers. There are good men in the leadership and too often the good are lumped in with the bad. The good bishops are victims too because they have to bear the same humiliations that the bad bishops do.
