Three kittens began coming to our front door a couple of weeks ago, furry hobos hoping for a handout. We have decided to adopt them: the old He-Cat has simply accepted their presence and allowed them to curl up beside him for comfort...unconditional acceptance, unconditional love. Jesus loves us this way and more.

Our pickles are done and the 22 pint jars should last until the next summer season. 30 quarts of tomato sauce, 27 quarts of creamed corn, 35 quarts of green beans both pickled and plain: God indeed has been our provider and our joy.

In the heat of the day, I try to check my emails and do a wee bitty wandering around the internet. I know, it can be a horrid place but thankfully, I have found a number of positive things the internet has offered: Iranians and Muslim women throughout the world are coming together in solidarity for freedom. There are numerous websites and resources for uplifting Christian refreshment, many of them by dear Titus 2/Proverbs 31 women of many different denominations. The internet like life offers many opportunities for the good, the bad or the ugly...let us always choose the good and rejoice in our Joy who is Jesus!
That's me away.

We have to be very carefully indeed in roaming about on here. Old satan lurks here greatly. Sounds like God really has blessed you with an abundance of crops.

Yes! Finding prayerful women of all different denominations and religions, and finding unity in our desire for peace is so important to me. It has taken a lot for me to appreciate other Christian denominations, but I have learned so much from some of my Protestant friends that all I can be is humble and grateful. And for devout practice of a faith and love for God, the orthodox Muslim and Jewish women at my college continue to be an example for me.
