Today, while praying for our military and for the victims of the 9/11 attacks, I was at the same time peeling and coring apples for the apple saucing and the apple buttering. Tis exactly what I was doing on that grievous day 9 years ago and every year before that day and since.
There is a time outside of time. We still grieve and yet life continues. We remember while repeating the same routines of each season.
May God bless our nation with renewed hope in the Lord and with renewed vigor in freedom. May He protect our brave military men and women facing harm.
